Dear fellow NITKIAN, this email is to seek the help of you and other NITK alumni friends in your network towards mobilizing sponsorship donations from both the alumni and other external business partners associated. As all the sponsors will be supported with the appropriate advertisement coverage in the souvenir that will be released on Dec 26th, there is a need to prioritize sponsorship donation collection at the earliest, latest by Dec 15, 2009. Our souvenir production team will follow up with the sponsors on advertisement inputs that need to be collected from the donors.
The following sponsorship tariffs are applicable:

Note:
- All donors from all categories will receive a complimentary T-shirt and a set of watches with NITK logo
- All donors with donation equal to or above Rs. 25,000 will be provided with a Trade Show booth if requested.
- All donors with donation equal to or above Rs. 50,000 will be provided with one or many complimentary registration passes/kits as needed at the rate of one registration pass/kit per every Rs. 50,000
- Donation Payments can be made either by cheque or DD or by electronic account transfer.
